Two Factor Authentication

All Tongue Fu Talking users must set up Two Factor authentication. If you do not have either Google or Microsoft Authenticator, you will first need to install one on your mobile.

Please follow these steps to activate two-factor authentication.

Using Microsoft Authenticator:

a) Press the + sign at the top right of the screen;

b) Select ‘other’ (not work account or personal account);

c) Scan the QR code below.

This will generate a six-digit code. Please click verify below and enter it on the next screen.

If you are using Google authenticator, the process is similar – Press the + sign at the bottom right of the app screen.

You will only need to complete the above process once. After that you will just need to click verify and enter the 6 digit code from your Authenticator.

Scan the QR Code, or add the token to your app, before selecting 'Verify'.

Problems with authentication?

*Please note, you will need to install Google or Microsoft Authenticator, before scanning the QR Code. If you are facing difficulty, please contact us directly to reset your 2 factor. If you are experiencing problems after the above process you can remove the account from your Authenticator app by swiping left, close the app and add it again.
